| MGR Film City is set up by Government of Tamiinadu. It is a very special place near Taramani and is designed to serve the film industry. It has many sections like forest,waterfall, market place etc. These are built to serve the shooting of films as well as dubbing and re-recording theatres.
It is biggest studio from the Chennai city and MGR Film City is the only one that is open to the public all days.
